Warren, Ohio, – October 30 Warren Municipal Court announced today that they entered in to contract with American Cadastre, LLC (dba, AmCad) for the AmCad integrated Case Management System (AiCMS) and AmCad’s integrated Enterprise Content Management (AiECM).  Warren Municipal Court will convert from the existing case management system to AmCad’s AiCMS solution to improve the efficiency of their operations.

AmCad will provide implementation, data conversion, systems integration, training and support services to the Warren Municipal Court.  Also as part of this contract, AmCad will design, develop, and put into production interfaces between AiCMS and the Ohio Court’s Network, the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation, and the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. AiCMS will implement a touch-screen in-courtroom processing module, web-based public access and web-based e-Commerce for the Warren City justice community.

Warren Municipal Clerk of Courts Peggy Scott stated, “The AiCMS solution provides the Court with a technologically advanced system that allows the staff to work more efficiently while improving productivity.  In a time when Courts are asked to do more with less staff we needed a solution that utilized technology to meet this requirement, AmCad is that vendor.”

AiCMS is a .NET application utilizing Microsoft’s Smart Client technology, 3-tier architecture. AiCMS offers seamless integration with third-party databases such as the Ohio Courts Network. AiCMS is 100% .NET application code line, and not written on legacy software code. AiCMS provides an integrated financial management system which follows GAAP and GASB34 accounting standards. The judicial scheduling module is integrated with Microsoft Outlook™, and allows block scheduling, and conflict checking. AiCMS provides for integrated document management of court records which are available directly from the AiCMS Register of Actions. AiCMS incorporates the latest national court standards for data collection and sharing, including the GJXDM and NIEM and is designed to integrate with existing infrastructures and applications.
