Virginia Beach, VA – August 3, 2009 -- American Cadastre LLC (DBA AmCad), a Herndon, Virginia-based Company, and the Virginia Beach Circuit Court Clerk’s Office announce the successful implementation of the AmCad integrated Case Management System (AiCMS)
AmCad’s AiCMS system was installed by the Clerk of Court to improve the office’s business process and enhance the efficiency of the office staff. “It’s a new day and a new way” states Tina Sinnen, Clerk of the Circuit Court for the City of Virginia Beach. “I truly believe we have a superior system that will ultimately make everyone’s life easier in the long run.”
With the inclusion of the AmCad’s Enterprise Content Management system (AiECM), the Clerk will reduce the dependency on paper and enhance the effectiveness of the judiciary process. “This piece of the system will allow for day-forward scanning and back file scanning of court records, improving over current methods used for record preservation and reduces costs.” The new system is installed, operational, and continues the vision of the Clerk to automate her office by using the latest technological advances to better serve the citizens of Virginia Beach.
"I am excited about the new Case Management System. My goal has always been to make Virginia Beach the role model for other localities throughout the Commonwealth by providing the best, most efficient service to our constituents,” stated Virginia Beach Circuit Court Clerk Tina Sinnen.
