AmCad’s Disaster Backup & Recovery service uses the AmSync product as described above. AmSync provides a seamless transmission of information ranging from indexed data and images to full system information including audited information, financials, tables, etc. The service allows true, seamless backup and recovery services without the addition of a third party or user interaction. Other options include co-location services, dedicated server and rack configurations, multi-state mirroring (mirrored solutions between AmCad facilities) and a host of other levels of services.

AmCad provides all of these services in our secure Rock Island, Illinois facility. The AmCad Technology center is located on a secure, active military base. Security on the base and the facility is unparalleled in the public records industry.

As a part of our security on the AmCad Technology Center, we maintain both Business Continuity Plans and Security Operations Plans (SOP). Both of these documents are considered confidential, but AmCad is happy to disclose them to the Evaluation Committee outside of the public bid process. The Business Continuity Plan is AmCad’s internal Disaster Backup and Recovery Procedures. The SOP outlines all of the major security steps taken to ensure the security of AmCad’s networks, as well as the security of our customer’s data. This SOP is a comprehensive document. We are happy to provide additional information at your request.
