AmCad

The AmCad eRecording system provides a mechanism that allows documents to be submitted (eFiling) and recorded from remote locations, bypassing the delivery and processing of paper documents. It provides an economical alternative to the traditional recording process. The customer (filer) can avoid the delivery of paper documents to recording authority, and the Recorder or Clerk can eliminate much of the paper-handling and indexing burden. AmCad eRecording is fully integrated into the AiLIS system.
