AmCad

The AmCad Integrated Marriage License Application is designed to independently take the process of marriage license issuance from beginning to end.The application features a robust search mechanism which can scour through marriage licenses in a variety of ways.

AiMarriage is used by some of the largest localities including the largest Marriage Bureau in the United States – Clark County (Las Vegas), Nevada. The Clark County Clerk’s Office processes more than 135,000 marriages per year using the AmCad AiMarriage solution.

AiMarriage provides an easy-to-learn, easy-to-use means of accessing and creating all documents involved in the process of a legal marriage. Extensive search capabilities are available to assist in locating a particular marriage record. When a desired document has been located, the user may view images of each document page along with any document details that have been entered. The print function allows for the selection of all or specific pages of a document or documents for immediate printing.

For offices that process both land records and marriage licenses, the application is fully integrated the AmCad AiLIS Cashiering Module, which automatically tabulates relevant fees for processing any of the various marriage documents. System generated standard forms for state marriage licenses, marriage license certificates, and consents to marriages of minors vastly improve the document creation procedure.

AmCad also offers the unique remote On Line Marriage License application. To expedite the marriage license issuance process by significantly decreasing the amount of indexing operators have to perform, AmCad provides the ability for customers to securely and remotely complete and submit the marriage license application forms over the internet.
